Our Safety Culture

At Bronco, a core value is our obligation to protect the health and safety of our employees, our subcontractors, our clients, and the general public. The prevention of workplace injury or illness is an objective affecting all levels of Bronco Electric’s operation. Our focus is to create a worksite environment where the number of occupational injury or illness is reduced to zero; not merely in keeping with, but surpassing the best experience of similar operations by others. We believe that most all worksite injuries or illnesses are preventable by providing a high level of training to ensure that our employees are up-to-date on industry standards and the best safety protocols. We actively pre-plan our work to eliminate worksite injuries and illnesses before they can happen, maintain all company safety requirements, as well as local, state, and federal rules and regulations. We seek to empower our employees with stop work authority, so when a perceived unsafe condition or behavior occurs, work can be halted immediately, and the condition or behavior addressed. Bronco is committed to continuously enhancing and re-evaluating our safety program. We value the recommendations made by our electricians in the field and believe that their insights are crucial to ensuring a safe and secure workplace.
